Gertrude Garrow

Founder / Director

Gertrude Garrow (formerly Kerrigan) is a two-time #1 International Bestselling Author, a TV presenter, scriptwriter,singer/songwriter,an award winning poet and playwright.

Gertrude ran her own Montessori school in Dublin, Ireland, for children from 3-12 years, in the 70’s and 80’s and has taught learners of all ages and ability levels. She is renowned for her remarkable work with children and adults with specific learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, ADHD and Autism.. Her reading system has now been adapted to teach French, Spanish and Italian children to learn to read in their own languages. She has also devised an accelerated maths programme to teach children 3-11 years. For a number of years, Gertrude lectured on multi-media production, at Brunel University in the UK and runs teacher-training workshops internationally.


 

Simon Garrow

Art Director / Illustrator / Animator

Simon Garrow (Gertrude’s husband) studied fine art at the Royal Academy, London, UK and is a highly sought-after contemporary artist. His oil paintings, watercolours and mixed media works are commissioned internationally. Simon’s talents extend to music, animation and drama. ‘The Amazing Adventure of Dan the Pawn’, his international best-selling book, uses an illustrated story to teach chess to 4-year olds.

Stuart Kerrigan

Production Director

Stuart Kerrigan, Production Director and co-creator of the updated AtoZeasy Reading System, is experienced in music recording, animation, film, digital media production and editing. Stuart is multi-talented and a natural comedian. He has been involved in all aspects of the production of the system. Stuart has an established background in Technical Project Management Networking and is an Owner/Director of a successful e-commerce and software business.

 
 

Mark Kerrigan

Marketing Director

Mark is an educational professional employed as Director of Marketing for AtoZeasy Learning Limited. His skills extend to teaching information technology and Adobe Suite software. He has been the head of computer-aided design and technology in schools and taught SEN students. Mark is skilled in public speaking and teacher training.

He has been an adviser to AtoZeasy Learning for many years. His industry background in media and communication has helped adapt the Gertrude Garrow AtoZeasy reading system to make it more accessible to all age groups and in teaching reading to students of foreign languages.

Having studied at Kingston University and Brunel University, Mark’s valuable experience in IT, business, research, and education makes him indispensable in AtoZeasy marketing.
